Office Hours Monday thru Friday 9:00-4:30, Sat 9:00-1:00.

Access is permitted 5:00 AM - 10:00 PM with automatic gate code assigned at rental.

Rent is due on the monthly anniversary of rental. Ten days after rent is due, there will be a late fee of $10 and unit will be double locked until paid. If moving out, rent will be prorated up to ten days after the monthly anniversary; However, after ten days, a full month’s rent is due as well as a $10 late fee. When late we will mail late notices to the address on your account or email you when late if email address is provided.

Minimum rental period is one whole month of rent paid in advance. A $10.00 deposit is required to insure that your unit is left clean and will be refunded upon moving out if unit is clean and lock is removed. Please notify us at that time. No advance notice is required.

You must provide your own insurance. We do not insure your property. Usually renters insurance or your house insurance will cover your stored items if you notify your insurance carrier.

We now have a website at Louisvilleroadministorage.com and you may create a log in and pay one month of rent on the site with your credit card. Your payment will immediately show up on our Domico storage rental software. You may also reserve a unit online.
